I hope that this message finds each of you doing splendidly. As of July 1st, the new fiscal year is upon us. Your local alumni Chapter is presently hard at work completing its annual report to the main campus and filing its fiscal year end taxes with the IRS so that we can continue to be an officially recognized alumni Chapter.
Cleveland Kids' Book Bank - Community Service Event
On Saturday, July 13, the Chapter helped the Book Bank carry out its mission by sorting and packing over 1000 books that will eventually be distributed to local schools, churches, and community centers.
Student recruiting report & send-off picnic
The Alumni Admissions Committee, led by Daron Boyce, represented the University at several college fairs throughout Northeast Ohio during the past school year. With 28 incoming freshmen from Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Ashtabula, and Geagua counties, the committee's efforts more than paid off.
